Refund Policy

Barrett Reporting customarily enters into contracts to perform services on behalf of clients. Once a contract to perform services has been established, whether written, oral or implied, Barrett Reporting sets about coordinating the proper personnel and materials necessary to fulfill the terms of each contract, including various functions and service obligations which may be involved therein. Therefore, assurances of refund can only be made based on deposits collected and specific representations made at the time of the collection of deposits.

Barrett Reporting confirms general specifications for job assignments in writing prior to each assignment whenever possible. A variety of services have specific cancellation time parameters or deadlines which are customarily established and enumerated at the time of confirmation. After such time parameters or deadlines have passed, refunds or discounts to invoices will be at the sole discretion of Barrett Reporting management on a case-by-case basis and considered in view of work already performed, parameters of each job as confirmed, as well as obligations and expenses paid for in the performance of contracts on behalf of clients.

Barrett Reporting transcripts, hardcopy or electronic versions, are generally priced at a per-page rate which includes the transcript, appearance pages, certification pages and word index. Other charges may include, but are not limited to, appearance fees, shipping and handling charges, charges for exhibits, wait time, before hours or after hours, interactive realtime, teleconference, videotaped reporting, interpreted reporting, electronic transcripts, draft transcripts, et cetera.

Shipping Policy

Barrett Reporting ships products and materials relating to services performed utilizing a variety of common-carrier modalities. The use of various common carriers for delivery shall be at the sole discretion of Barrett Reporting based upon a number of considerations, including but not limited to, availability, cost, preference, delivery requirements, et cetera. Every attempt will be made to match the particular needs of each client to the modalities used to deliver materials. Shipping and handling charges can be expected to apply when shipping and handling services are performed.
